Here are some of our Terms of Service and Conditions and Policy for your reference, by approving and moving forward with an appointment and the work order/estimate you will therefore be in agreement with all the following -no exceptions-:
Charges, fees, and rules:
- 1.0 hr minimum labor charge.
- We do not accept parts, equipment or materials to be provided by customers.
- A storage fee in the amount of $95.00 per day will start accruing if your vehicle or equipment is not picked up within the first 48.0 hrs after you have been advised in writting that our services are completed, and ready for pick up. Holidays and weekends are included within this time period. This applies all the time unless we have agreed in writing to keep it for a longer period of time.
- There is a 6% service fee applicable to the total invoice. This fee can be avoided if payment is received with an app in which we are equally not charged a fee, cash, cashier check or money order.
- We are not liable for any perishables going to waste left inside the RV, theft or vandalism. We do have security video cameras that are constantly monitored by our staff.
- Customers and/or animals of any type are NOT allowed inside the RV while inside our premises.
- Customers can not enter the shop area at any time, they can only be in the office area or parking lot.
- Work orders/estimate must be authorized and signed by customer digitally or in person. For those that are having difficulties accessing this form digitally/on line can write within the communication thread that they have read and review the work order/estimate sent and are in full agreement. This will constitute an approved and authorized agreement.
- We do not drive test vehicles
- Customer need to clear the area from all personal belongings where the technician will be working at.
- Labor time starts at the time the technician starts on your project, and will be stopped when technician leaves your RV.
- All fees must be paid in full for the RV to be released to customer. Including all financed services by a third party, app payments and ACH transactions.
- Materials are charged as a "whole", example: plywood will be charged as an entire sheet and not partial use, sealant tubes will be charged as a an entire cartridge, etc. Customer is eligible to keep remaining unused portion upon request.
- Inspections, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and any other type of "pre-repair" will be charged. We do not provide free estimates or inspections.
- Air conditioners and refrigerators are not subject to be "recharged", if compressors are bad the entire appliance will need to be replaced.
- We are not licensed propane stations, therefore we do not refill propane tanks.
- Motor vehicles need to be dropped off with at least 1/2 tank fuel, and propane inside the propane tank if we are doing any type of service in which propane will be needed to perform the inspection or service.
- We are not a smog station, therefore we do not perform "smog ready" type of services.
- "We reserve the right to refuse service" for reasons like disruptive behavior or safety concerns or suspision of fraud and/or an ilegal activity.
- Customers are expected to behave in a respectful and proper matter to the technicians, office staff, and viceversa.
- We do not provide towing services. If you are dropping off a motor vehicle, it must be operable and capable of being moved on its own power.
- We do not extend nor provide warranty on third party services or products.
- There can be unforseen repairs that can not be detected by technician unless disassembling or futher testing is performed.
- All services that involves the sewer plumbing will automatically have a black tank emptying, flush and power wash fee regardless.
Returns, exchange and refund policy:
- Parts, equipment, and materials that were custom ordered are not refundable and not elegible to be returned or exchanged under any circunstance; they are considered a "Final sale".
- All other parts, equipment, and materials that are eligible to be returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any and all charges involving shipping, handling and packing for the item to be returned.
Mobile services:
- Travel fee must be paid at the time of booking the appointment, this fee is non refundable unless appointment is cancelled 24.0 hrs. prior appointment date and time.
- The first labor hour must be paid in advance at the time of booking the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled, this prepaid 1.0 hr labor will be refunded.
- Entire service call per day needs to be paid prior technician leaving your location regardless if there will be a second follow up service call or more visits.
- Time starts at the time technician arrives to your location, and ends once technician has loaded all his tools, and ready to leave. Wait time to get paid is also charged.
- We can not provide services to any vehicle that is on the street, unleveled ground, dangerous areas, ilegal or forbidden areas, or services that are restricted under the laws of the City and/or State where the RV is located at.
- There must be an adult 21 years or older at the RV and/or location for technician to access the RV and perform services.
Communication:
- You authorize and agree to communicate via email and cellphone. Fees and charges are your responsability when applicable.
- For your and our protection we prefer to maintain all communication in writing, it is your duty to monitor your cell phone text messages and emails to remain updated on your work order progress, and any other important communication.
- We will do our best to also call you but it is not guaranteed, and shall not be expected nor assumed.
Disputes:
In case of dispute, you the customer agree to go through Arbitration to resolve any conflict or monetary compensation.
The customer understands that they will be signing in person a Release and Waiver of Liabilty with us A1 RV Repairs and Services LLC to provide services on your recreational vehicle.
